Material: coniferous wood
Weight: The mass of the running beam meter is not more than 6 kg
Shelf life: according to transportation and using conditions
A wooden, I-beam, glued beam (hereinafter referred to as a beam) is intended for the formation of formwork during the construction of walls, columns and ceilings of buildings, structures of civil and industrial construction by monolithic house construction. It is used as a load-distributing part of the structure. The beam is included in the system of elements of a set of formwork equipment, provides the construction of formwork for walls, columns and floors of various configurations, heights, lengths and areas.
Geometric dimensions of the product:
- beam height 200.0 (±2.0 mm), *160.0 (±2.0 mm);
- the thickness of the girder belt is 41.5 (± 1.0 mm); *35.0 (± 1.0 mm);
- girder belt width 80.0 (± 1.0 mm); *70.0 (±5.0 mm);
- wall thickness 27.0 (±3.0 mm);
- beam length tolerance ± 2% of product length
Acceptable operational characteristics:
- maximum permissible transverse load: Qdop.= 11 kN, *Qdop.= 8.5 kN;
- maximum allowable bending moment: Mdop.= 5 kN*m, *Mdop.= 2.7 kN*m;
Possible beam lengths: L = from 1.0 m to 6.0 m. Other beam lengths are made by special order.
Protective coating.
The surface of the beams is painted with weather-resistant water-based yellow-orange (yellow) paint. At the request of the customer, the products can be supplied without a protective coating.
Package.
Before transportation, the beams are stacked in bundles of 50 or 100 pieces and tied with packing tape. It is allowed to pack beams in non-standard bundles, as well as additional packaging in a protective film.
Operating instructions and safety requirements.
- when operating the beams, it is necessary to follow the guidelines for the installation of formwork equipment carried out by an organization authorized for this type of work.
- each time the beams are installed in the formwork, a visual inspection should be carried out, and if cracks, chips or other mechanical damage are found, defective beams must be replaced.
- during the operation of the beams, it is forbidden to exceed their load capacity
- it is forbidden to operate the beam under loads located in planes non-perpendicular to the supporting surface of the "shelves" of the beam.
Actions with beams that may lead to cracking of the girder belts and chipping are not allowed:
- the introduction of foreign objects (nails, staples, etc.) into the beams with a diameter of more than 3 mm.,
- strong shock loads during installation (dismantling),
- carry out the dismantling of the formwork by the "collapse method".
